Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants who are available on bench. The candidate will be responsible for finding suitable contract opportunities, working with vendors and implementation partners, and coordinating the complete bench sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Market IT consultants on bench to potential employers, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Search and identify suitable C2C, W2, and contract opportunities .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and clients .
- Work on platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and vendor networks to generate opportunities.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and other requirements with vendors and clients.
- Submit consultant resumes to relevant job requirements.
- Follow up with vendors regarding submissions, interviews, and feedback.
- Maintain daily records of submissions, calls, interviews, and placements.
- Coordinate with recruiters and consultants throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure consultants' profiles and resumes are properly marketed according to their skills and experience.




- Develop and maintain a strong vendor database for future requirements.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process .
- Knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, and contract hiring is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals .
- Ability to build professional relationships with vendors and recruiters.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other recruiting tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and an interest in US IT Staffing may also apply.
- Previous experience in Bench Sales, Recruitment, Business Development, or US Staffing is an advantage.
