Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Cyber Towers, Madhapur, Hi-Tech City Hyderabad (In office-WFO)

Work Timings: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Market and manage bench consultants effectively
- Maintain and update an active bench list
- Strong expertise in placing CPT, OPT EAD, H1B & H1B Transfer consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors
- Generate and track a high volume of requirements
- Identify and capture new market opportunities
- Develop new business with Tier-1 vendors
- Maintain and regularly update vendor databases
- Create vendor databases client-wise and region-wise

Look for stability and someone who has closed positions recently. Someone you can go F2F for an interview on the night shift.
