The center offers a comprehensive range of therapies, including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, School Readiness programs, and Psychology services.

A multidisciplinary team collaborates to support children’s developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs. The environment is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and focused on practical outcomes for children and their families.

Role Description The Behavioral Therapist will provide individualized and group behavioral interventions for children, using evidence-based approaches to support developmental and emotional growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.

The role involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care, along with maintaining clear documentation and participating in team meetings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring consistent presence at the center to support children and families.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis to design and implement effective intervention plans.
- Candidates should possess solid foundations in Psychology, with the ability to understand child development and behavioral principles.
- Candidates should possess experience and comfort in Working With Children, including the ability to engage children of diverse developmental levels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Relevant degree or certification in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience in pediatric or developmental settings, preferably in therapy or educational environments.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, follow ethical guidelines, and adhere to confidentiality standards.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development in behavioral and child development practices.
