Role Description The BDS Trainer – Non-Clinical is a full-time, on-site role based in Mira Bhayandar. This role focuses on training Bachelor of Dental Surgery graduates and dental professionals in non-clinical domains, including product knowledge, dental equipment usage, and best practices related to Laxmi Dental’s offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering structured training sessions, developing and updating training materials and curricula, and conducting workshops and demonstrations for internal teams and external stakeholders. The trainer collaborates with sales and marketing teams to support product presentations, answer technical queries,



and ensure that professionals understand the features and perks of the company’s products. The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing feedback and coaching, and maintaining training documentation in line with company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Training and Teaching, with the ability to deliver engaging, clear sessions to dental graduates and professionals.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Coaching, including designing structured modules, learning materials, and evaluation methods.
- Capability to support Sales activities through product training, technical explanations, and non-clinical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- BDS degree or equivalent dental qualification; non-clinical training or education experience in the dental or healthcare sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple training programs and schedules.
- Comfort working on-site in Mira Bhayandar and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for creating presentations, training content, and reports.
