? Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)
? Qualification: Master’s Degree Required | MBA Preferred
? Experience: Freshers can apply
? CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
? Working Days: 6 Days a Week
⏰ Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
? Work Type: Majorly Field-Based
Key Responsibilities
- School outreach and institutional visits
- Conducting seminars and career counselling sessions
- Building relationships with schools and relevant stakeholders
- Generating and nurturing quality leads
- Driving student enrolments and achieving business targets
- Exploring new opportunities through field activities and BTL initiatives
