Business Development Executive – B2B Sales & Client Acquisition

About the Role

P-1 India Private Limited is looking for an ambitious, confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong sales experience to drive client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and other channels.
- Identify and connect with startups, MSMEs, entrepreneurs and businesses.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant funding, grants, government incentives and business solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/CRM records.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in B2B sales, business consultancy, financial services,



funding, or related fields will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and highly driven.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
