Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in the Pune Division.

The Sales

Intern will support the sales team by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and assisting with outreach through calls, emails, and online demos. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales materials, maintaining CRM records, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting customer presentations and training sessions. The intern will collaborate with customer service and product teams to understand client needs, document feedback, and help refine messaging.



The role offers exposure to the full sales cycle in a high-growth AI company, with opportunities to learn modern sales tools and practices.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills for transparent, professional verbal and written interactions with prospective and existing customers.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, respond to issues, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Sales skills to support lead generation, qualification, presentations, and basic negotiation activities.
- Training and Sales Management support skills to assist in organizing training sessions, updating sales materials, and tracking performance metrics.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or technology-driven products, with the ability to quickly learn product features and value propositions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with common office tools and basic CRM or sales software (experience with any modern CRM is a plus).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
