Business Development Executive The Exceed Group of Companies is a Mumbai-based media and entertainment group. What started as a leading talent representation business has grown into a multi-platform company with businesses across the entertainment ecosystem.

The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, confident and proactive Business Development Executive to help us build recent relationships, create exciting opportunities and drive business across the Exceed ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

- 18 months+ years of relevant experience, ideally working with homegrown or Indian brands.
- Someone who understands the brand and consumer ecosystem and knows how to start the right conversations.
- Excellent communication skills — articulate, confident and comfortable meeting and pitching to clients.
- Strong at creating sharp PPTs and pitch decks, with a good eye for storytelling and presentation.




- Comfortable using AI tools and quick to adapt to new ways of working.
- Commercially aware, proactive and always looking for the next opportunity.
- Comfortable travelling frequently for meetings, pitches and events.
- Polished, presentable and confident in a client-facing role.
