We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers through phone calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and generating qualified leads for the business.

This is a great opportunity for freshers and interns who want to build practical experience in sales, communication, customer interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
2. Introduce and explain the company's products/services.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
4. Identify and qualify potential leads.
5. Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
8. Coordinate with the sales and management teams to convert qualified leads.
9. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Basic Requirements:-

1. Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi(not mandatory)
2. Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
3.



Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers.
4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Ability to handle rejection and communicate professionally.
6. Freshers and students looking for internship experience are welcome.
7. Previous sales/calling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
