Recruiter Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-up for Highway, Railway, Metro, Water, DPR, PMC

and other infrastructure consultancy roles.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and internal databases; discuss availability, salary, location and

joining.

- Collect and verify candidate documents; maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and deployment/backup

records.

- Prepare/modify candidate CVs as per project or tender requirements and support INFRACON profile uploading.

- Coordinate closely with Business Development / Tender teams for timely manpower closure.Role & responsibilities

CV Formatting Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and format professional CVs as per NHAI, ADB, Railway, Government and other client/tender formats.

- Verify qualifications, dates, project experience, designation, responsibilities and supporting documents.





- Highlight relevant infrastructure project exposure and maintain consistent, accurate tender-ready documentation.

- Coordinate with recruiters for missing data/documents; maintain approved CV database and project experience sheets.

- Support INFRACON profile updates and urgent tender submission deadlines.

Required / Preferred Skills

- Any Graduate with relevant recruitment or CV formatting experience as per the position.

- Experience in Engineering / Infrastructure / Consultancy recruitment or tender documentation preferred.

- Robust MS Word and Excel skills; good communication, coordination, negotiation and attention to detail.

- Exposure to INFRACON, NHAI / ADB / Railway tender CV formats will be an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple urgent manpower and tender requirements simultaneously.
