Job Summary: The candidate should have a good understanding of various Battery Testing Standards and hands-on experience in conducting, monitoring, and reporting battery performance and safety tests. ? Key Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in battery testing or a related testing laboratory setting. Familiarity with standards like IS, IEC, UL, UN 38.3, and BIS certification processes Experience in electrical, environmental, performance, and safety testing of batteries/cells. Ability to prepare test plans, maintain test records, and generate test reports.

In-depth knowledge of battery testing across technologies – Lithium-ion, Lead-acid, Ni-Cadmium Understanding of global battery regulations, standards, and product certification methods (advantageous) Familiarity with testing equipment, data acquisition systems, and laboratory safety practices. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 ? Preferred Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
