Position: Banking & Finance Executive

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Role & responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day banking and finance-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for Bank Guarantees (BG), including Performance Bank Guarantees, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and other types of guarantees.
- Coordinate with banks for issuance, amendment, renewal, extension, and cancellation/release of Bank Guarantees.
- Maintain proper records and tracking of all Bank Guarantees, expiry dates, margins, and bank charges.
- Prepare and submit documents required by banks for BG and other banking facilities.
- Handle bank reconciliation, payment processing, fund transfers, and cheque-related work.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and banks regarding financial matters.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and payment status reports.
- Maintain proper records of banking transactions and financial documents.




- Follow up with banks for pending transactions and resolve banking-related issues.
- Support the Finance Department in other accounting and financial activities as required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with efficiency in understanding Macros and other tools.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and Good in Math calculation.
- Ability to clean data especially when it comes in multiple formats.
- Preparing Financial Reporting and Analysis.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in banking, finance, accounts, or office coordination will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting processes.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle work responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
