We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and actively participating in the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication skills, ownership, and a passion for sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research. Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities. Schedule meetings, product demos, and discussions with potential clients. Maintain and update sales pipelines, CRM records, and lead trackers. Manage the sales process end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales journey. Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.



Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets. Eligibility &

Requirements Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Minimum 6 months of prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or Customer Acquisition is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with cold calling and direct client interactions. Target-oriented with a proactive and self-driven approach. Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.04 - ₹15,000.00 per month
