About Mia Cuccinna

Mia Cuccinna is a premium Italian restaurant and bar in Bandra West, Mumbai, offering a stylish dining experience with Italian cuisine, cocktails, music, and a vibrant atmosphere.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender who can deliver high-quality drinks while providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve classic, signature, and customised cocktails as per standard recipes.
- Have strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, cocktails, and mocktails.
- Recommend drinks to guests based on their preferences and provide an engaging bar experience.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion control, and quality.
- Complete bar mise-en-place before service and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and work area.
- Monitor liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar inventory.
- Assist with daily stock counting, inventory management, and wastage control.
- Follow standard pouring measures, recipes, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the restaurant service and kitchen teams for efficient operations.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
- Follow all applicable food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
- Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.

Candidate Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience as a Bartender in a premium restaurant, bar, lounge, hotel, or similar establishment.
- Strong practical knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar techniques.
- Good understanding of different spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beverage combinations.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Confident, presentable, and friendly personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
- Good knowledge of bar hygiene, inventory, and stock control.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in a premium restaurant, lifestyle bar, or hospitality brand will be preferred.
