Responsibilities Barista

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food products as per Third Wave Coffee recipes and standards.

- Deliver a friendly, warm, and memorable experience to every customer.

- Take customer orders accurately and manage POS billing and cash transactions responsibly.

- Ensure product quality, consistency, presentation, and timely service.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the caf, bar area, equipment, and workstations.

- Follow all standard operating procedures related to food safety, beverage preparation, grooming, and caf operations.

- Assist with opening and closing activities, including setup, cleaning, and stock checks.

- Monitor stock levels, support timely replenishment, and help control product wastage.

- Handle customer queries, requests,



and feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.

- Work collaboratively with the Shift Manager and caf team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Support upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience and contribute to caf sales.

- Participate in training programs and continuously develop knowledge of coffee, products, and service standards.

- Ensure proper care and handling of caf equipment and report any maintenance or operational issues promptly.

- Maintain a positive, energetic, and qualified attitude while representing the Third Wave Coffee brand.
