Hiring for International Customer Support Executives to handle banking-related queries, transaction support and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail and a strong understanding of banking operations and customer service.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to banking products, accounts, transactions and services.
- Provide timely and accurate resolution to customer requests through calls, or other support channels.
- Assist customers with account-related services, transaction queries and service requests.
- Verify customer documents and ensure accuracy of forms and banking records.
- Track customer requests and ensure closure within defined TAT/SLA.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests and transactions.
- Identify discrepancies or errors and escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Follow banking processes, internal controls, data-security guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure effective resolution.
- Achieve defined quality,



productivity, TAT and customer-service parameters.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 0-5 years of experience in Banking or Customer Support
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to build a career in banking may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking products, transactions, KYC and financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and process-oriented environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
