The company focuses on revenue-first enzyme production for sectors such as textiles and wastewater treatment, and then scales into high-margin cellulose nanofibers (CNF) for sustainable materials.

Its technology is optimized for Indian biomass, enabling cost-efficient, scalable, and circular manufacturing processes. By valorizing agricultural residues, Cellumantra helps reduce farm-waste burning, lower import dependency, and support climate-resilient industrial growth. Role Description This is a full time, remote role for a Bank Guarantee Monetization Expert Venture Studio Cofounder. The role involves structuring, negotiating, and executing bank guarantee monetization strategies to finance scale-up of biorefinery operations and related ventures.

Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying financial institutions and partners, designing compliant transaction frameworks, and managing end-to-end documentation and due diligence. The Cofounder will collaborate with the founding team to align capital-raising activities with venture studio pipelines, support project feasibility analysis, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring regulatory and market developments,



building deal flow, preparing investment materials, and contributing to long-term financial strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess financial instruments, transaction structures, and risk-return profiles.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with investors, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Sales capabilities to originate, negotiate, and close monetization and funding deals.
- Marketing skills to position the venture studio and biorefinery projects attractively to capital providers.
- Research skills to track regulatory frameworks, market trends, and innovative project finance mechanisms.
- Demonstrated experience with bank guarantees, SBLCs, project finance, or trade finance; prior exposure to startup or venture studio environments is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting, with high integrity and accountability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with green finance, climate-tech, or industrial biotechnology funding models is beneficial.
