Role Description The Bancassurance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for driving insurance product adoption through banking channel partnerships. The person in this role will engage with bank staff and customers to explain health and related insurance solutions, conduct needs-based assessments, and recommend suitable plans aligned with One Health Assist’s preventive care ecosystem.

Daily tasks include generating leads within bank branches, conducting product presentations, supporting policy applications and documentation,



and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance, resolving queries, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports for management review.

The Bancassurance

Executive will represent One Health Assist professionally within partner banks, maintaining strong relationships to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services, with a strong understanding of health and life insurance products.
- Customer relationship and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex products in clear, accessible language.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a banking or retail setting.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills to track performance, interpret data, and provide structured updates to management.
- Knowledge of healthcare or wellness services is an advantage, along with interest in preventive health solutions.
- Ability to work on-site within bank branches in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and comfort with digital platforms for customer onboarding and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
