Key Responsibilities

- Instructing students on fundamental and advanced baking techniques, including tools
- using skills, preparation, cooking methods, and presentation.
- Develop innovative and industry-relevant dessert courses aligned with the institute's
- objectives to mentor students in both theory and practical formats
- Lead and inspire a team of bakery instructors, fostering a culture of collaboration,
- continuous improvement, and career development.
- Cultivate partnerships with industry professionals, bakery organisations, and businesses to enrich student learning experiences through guest lectures, industry visits, and internship opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in bakery arts, preferably with a background in Hospitality Management.
- The ability to work within Surat, Gujarat.
- Proven track record as a faculty member or instructor in a bakery institute or similar
- educational setting is preferable.




- Exceptional skills and proficiency in recipe development across diverse cuisines and baking techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire students of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methodologies to both offline and online learning environments.

Job Details

- Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-time).
- Employment Type: Regular / Full-time.
- Location: Surat, Gujarat.
- Salary: No bar for the right candidate (Commensurate with experience and skill set).
