- Baking and Production: Prepare daily batches of breads, cakes, cookies, pies, and laminated pastries following traditional and modern recipes. [1]

- Menu and Recipe Development: Design new seasonal offerings, test flavor profiles, and update classic recipes to engage customers. [1, 2]

- Decoration and Presentation: Decorate cakes and pastries using icings, glazes, and artistic plating to ensure high visual appeal. [1, 2]

- Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor baking supplies (flour, sugar, dairy), track stock levels, and place budget-conscious orders with suppliers. [1, 2]

- Kitchen Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize equipment, and enforce strict compliance with health and food safety regulations

Pay: ₹8,592.08 - ₹23,106.06 per month
