We are looking for a Software Development Engineer III to design and build scalable backend services and APIs. You will work on high-impact systems that power core product experiences.

This role requires solid ownership of technical solutions, hands-on coding, and collaboration across teams.

What You Will Do

- Backend Engineering a. Design, develop, and maintain services using Ruby, Java, and Go.

b. Architect scalable, reliable, and secure microservices and APIs.

c. Implement event-driven systems and asynchronous processing pipelines.

d. Optimize system performance, resilience, and availability.

- Collaboration & Delivery a. Partner with mobile/web engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.

b. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and observability.

c. Participate in sprint planning, system design, and code reviews.

- Quality & Best Practices a. Build unit, integration,



and performance tests for services.

b. Ensure CI/CD pipelines are integrated with automated quality gates.

c. Drive technical excellence through design reviews and documentation.

What You Will Need

- 4–6 years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Ruby and Java.
- Experience with distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event queues.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice to Have

- Experience in fintech, payments, or transaction-heavy systems.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
