Position: Back Office Sales (Non Voice)

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Shift timing : 02.30 PM to 11.30 PM

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leads, sales pipeline, and CRM updates.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls and emails.
- Schedule client meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and business decks.
- Handle client queries and support lead conversion.
- Conduct market and competitor research for the US Market.
- Prepare sales reports and track lead conversion.

Requirements

- Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
