The company looking for a Backend + AI Developer who can build scalable backend systems and AI-powered workflows for real-world products, not just demos or proof-of-concepts.

You’ll Work On

- SaaS platforms
- Real-time systems using MQTT, WebSockets, and WebRTC
- AI agents for voice, chat, and automation
- Data-heavy APIs and integrations
- Production systems used by real customers

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems end-to-end, rather than simply writing isolated APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

- Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js / NestJS
- Implement REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven systems
- Work with Prisma ORM across SQL and MongoDB environments
- Design schemas, migrations, and query-optimized data models
- Build authentication and authorization systems using JWT, RBAC, and permissions
- Integrate third-party APIs for payments, messaging, CRM, video, maps, and other services
- Handle background jobs, queues, cron tasks, and workflows

AI & Automation

- Build and integrate AI-driven features using LLMs such as OpenAI or similar platforms
- Develop AI agents for:
- Voice bots
- Chat assistants
- Workflow automation
- Data extraction and summarization





- Implement prompt engineering, structured outputs, and guardrails
- Connect AI systems with backend logic, databases, and external tools
- Work on real-time AI systems, including streaming, partial responses, and low-latency interactions

Real-Time & Systems Engineering

- Work with MQTT, WebSockets, and event-based architectures
- Build or integrate WebRTC, streaming, and signaling systems
- Handle concurrency, retries, failure recovery, and observability
- Optimize performance for high-traffic and low-latency use cases

Development & Production Ownership

- Write clean, production-ready code
- Debug real production issues using logs, metrics, and failure analysis
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions
- Work closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams
- Own features end-to-end, from design → development → deployment

Required Skills Must-Have

- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with NestJS or an equivalent backend framework
- Experience with Prisma ORM
- Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and/or MongoDB
- Experience integrating AI / LLM APIs
- Strong understanding of API design principles
- Comfortable working with complex, evolving systems

Good to Have





- Experience with MQTT, WebSockets, or real-time systems
- Experience with WebRTC, media, or streaming
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or Azure
- Prior experience working on SaaS platforms
- Exposure to voice bots, chatbots, or automation platforms
