: Back Office Executive (AutoCAD & Excel Specialist)

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Back Office Executive with robust technical skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, managing daily administrative tasks, handling technical paperwork, preparing cost estimations, and coordinating seamlessly between internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration & Coordination: Manage day-to-day back-office operations, maintain records, and act as a central point of contact for internal and external communication.

Documentation & Paperwork: Handle all official correspondence, project documentation, tracking sheets, and filing systems accurately.

Technical Drafting & Design Support: Utilize AutoCAD to modify, review, or finalize drawings, layouts, and technical plans as required for projects.

Quotation & Costing: Prepare detailed and competitive client quotations, managing end-to-end project costing using advanced Excel formulas and templates.

BOQ & Material List Preparation: Generate comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ)



and accurate material requirement lists based on project blueprints and specifications.

Vendor & Contractor Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-efficiency and timely project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Software Proficiency

Expert-level Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, costing sheets).

Strong AutoCAD proficiency (ability to read, interpret, and edit technical drawings).

Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a back-office, estimation, or coordination role (preferably within construction, manufacturing, or interiors).

Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational talents.

Note: Candidates with a background in engineering coordination or interior fit-out estimation will be given preference. Resident of Mulund Area preferred
