Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team at our Stock Broking firm. You will handle daily trade operations, account openings, and client support to ensure smooth and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Trade Operations: Process and reconcile daily equity, derivatives, and commodity trades with NSE/BSE and clearing corporations.

- KYC &
- Client Onboarding:

Verify client documentation, process new Demat and trading account applications, and update KYC records in compliance with SEBI guidelines.

- Settlement &

- Pay-in/Pay-out:

Manage fund and security pay-in and pay-out processes efficiently.

- Reconciliation: Conduct daily reconciliation of client accounts, bank accounts, and depository holdings (NSDL/CDSL).

- MIS &

- Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to trading volumes, margins, and compliance for management.

- Query Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies in bills,



contract notes, or ledger balances.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a stock broking firm or financial services back office. Freshers with strong knowledge of the stock market may also apply.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of NSE/BSE trading systems, settlement cycles, and SEBI regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and back-office software (e.g., Odin, Shivalik, or similar broker terminals).

- Positive numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
