Role Description The Back Office Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role involves managing daily office operations, maintaining records and documentation, preparing reports, and supporting internal teams with data entry and administrative tasks.
The Back Office
Executive will coordinate with the sales and finance teams to process orders, track payments,
and ensure accurate information flow.
Responsibilities also include handling communication with internal stakeholders, assisting with scheduling and follow-ups, and contributing to smooth back-office workflow. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support multiple functions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong back office operations and office operations skills, including data management and documentation.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and support for sales operations.
- Foundational knowledge of finance-related tasks such as billing, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and other data-entry softwares.
- Good organizational and time management abilities with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and collaborate in a team environment.
