Job Responsibilities

- Client coordination through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintaining customer and policy records.
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations.
- Basic administrative and back-office tasks.

Eligibility
- At least 1+ years of experience in the insurance sector.




- Basic knowlodge of policy generation, claim management, and client follow-ups.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
