- Manage and update customer orders

- Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries

- Maintain order records in Excel/Google Sheets

- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams

- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone

- Prepare quotations, invoices and other documents

- Track pending orders and follow-ups

- Maintain daily office records and reports

- Perform other day-to-day back-office and computer-related tasks

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
