We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Cum Computer Operator to join our team. The role involves handling administrative tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining records, managing data, and assisting other departments as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
- Process and manage invoices, bills, and financial data entry.
- Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Handle email communication, documentation, and file management.
- Assist in compliance-related tasks and company policies.
- Monitor and order office supplies when required.
- Provide general administrative support to management.
