Golang Backend Developer - 3+ Years | ? Bengaluru, 2 days WFO | Immediate Joining

? What You’ll Do

- Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, tested rollback
- Own the schema-to-schema migration — mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover and rollback point
- Build Go services — HTTP APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/http), background workers, stream consumers
- Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutines, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find you
- Own MySQL schema and query performance from Go; pool tuning, transaction scope, live-table migrations
- Build Kafka producers and consumers with correct partitioning, offsets, replay and DLQ.

? What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
- Deep understanding of concurrency and goroutines.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms.
- Experience in designing and building microservices.
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Docker and Git.

⭐ Good to Have

- Experience in AI/ML or AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of Kafka or other message queue systems.
- Exposure to gRPC.
- Experience handling high-scale, distributed systems.
