Role & responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support for Baan / Infor LN (Standard & Customized Applications).
- Support global site operations covering:

- Order Processing
- Receiving & Inventory Management

- Work Order Management

- Shipping Operations

- Cycle Count

- Warehouse Operations
- Gather and analyze business requirements from global sites.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent solutions for recurring issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles, training materials, and support documentation.
- Coordinate with business users throughout requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.
- Support solution deployments and validate functional requirements.
- Monitor incident queues and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
- Execute and support Global IT projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct end-user training and provide functional guidance.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Baan ERP / Infor LN Functional Support.

- Strong understanding of
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain Processes
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Order-to-Cash and Logistics Operations
- Work Order & Shipping Processes
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting business process and system issues.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data retrieval, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in global support environments.
- Knowledge of customized developments and enhancement requests.
- Exposure to BO Reports, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Experience in training and mentoring users.
- Understanding of computerized databases and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Relevant experience in ERP functional support and manufacturing operations.
