As a Business Analyst, you'll support our clients by identifying, analyzing, and implementing efficient business solutions. You'll work directly with a collaborative project team and client stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance processes and systems, ensuring each solution is optimized for success. Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business and functional requirements.
- Document objectives, goals, and success criteria to drive project roadmaps.
- Prioritize and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and addressing scope adjustments as needed.
- Process Improvement and Documentation - Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Create detailed user stories, use case diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop business analysis plans, contributing to the overall project strategy and documentation.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams to assess systems and support recent implementations.
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels to support business case development for new initiatives.
- Maintain open communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders and project teams.




- Project and Team Management
- Participate in Agile SAFe ceremonies and collaborate with other analysts. Will need to coordinate across teams.
- Ensure transparent communication across project phases, providing regular status updates and insights.

Working Hours

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST

Basic Qualifications

- 8+ years in a Business Analyst role, with experience in complex software applications and strong business-to-technology translation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic insight, and attention to detail.
- Versatile in both Agile and Waterfall project methods, able to navigate challenging situations effectively.
- Competent with SAFe framework.

Preferred Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft applications like Visio, Project, and tools like SQL, Power BI.
- Experience as RTE in SAFe framework.
