Role Description The B2B Video & Reel Editor is a part time and 100% remote. In this position, the editor will plan, edit, and produce short-form video content and reels tailored for LinkedIn and other social platforms, with a focus on B2B audiences. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, refining story flow, adding transitions and effects, applying color grading, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and messaging.

The role involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to develop content concepts, optimizing videos for each platform, and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule. The editor will also organize media assets, manage project files,



and stay current with trends in social media video formats and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting oversight, and understanding of production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Editing using professional editing software, with the ability to assemble and refine compelling stories for B2B audiences.
- Experience in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment across all video content.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics to enhance storytelling, highlight key messages, and improve viewer engagement.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) and best practices for short-form video and reels.
- Attention to detail, robust sense of visual aesthetics, and the ability to work under deadlines on multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with marketing, design, and copywriting teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, communications, or a related field; prior agency or B2B content experience is an advantage.
