Job Overview

Incinque Business Solutions is hiring a US Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. We are looking for a target-oriented professional with experience in B2B lead generation, US cold calling, appointment setting, and inside sales.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential US-based clients, connecting with decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and generating qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Conduct cold calls to prospects across the US market.
- Identify and connect with VPs, Directors, CXOs, and other key decision-makers.
- Research companies and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Understand prospect requirements and effectively communicate company offerings.
- Qualify leads based on business need, budget, authority, and potential.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead handover and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Prior US-market cold calling experience is mandatory.
- IT/ITES/KPO industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients and senior-level decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
