Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop business relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions to drive revenue growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.

- Conduct offline marketing activities such as field marketing campaigns to promote medical services and products.

- Provide patient counseling on various treatment options, insurance claims processing, and other related matters.

- Identify recent sales opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Job Requirements :

- 0-4 years of experience in area sales or b2c sales in the healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of hospital operations, medical terminology, and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective patient counselling and relationship-building with customers.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets for revenue generation.
