About the RoleRH KPO Services is looking for a proactive and ambitious B2B Growth & Partnerships Intern to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to gain real-world experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition and business development while working with an international client base.
You’ll work closely with the team to identify potential clients, connect with decision-makers, support outreach campaigns and help build a strong B2B sales pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and identify potential B2B clients and target companies
- Find relevant decision-makers and business contacts through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Build, organize and maintain accurate prospect databases
- Assist with LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
- Draft professional outreach messages, introductions and follow-ups
- Track leads, responses, conversations and outreach activity
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Identify new business opportunities and potential target markets
- Support the team in developing and improving lead-generation strategies
- Help maintain a consistent and organized sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools
- Strong research and attention-to-detail skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate professionally with potential clients
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development or entrepreneurship
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace
- Previous experience is helpful but not required
