Position: B2B Business Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2–5+ Years

Industry: Stock Broking / Financial Services

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Manager who can build and expand our business through:

- Authorised Persons (APs) / Sub-Brokers
- Business Associates
- Financial Distributors & Partners
- HNI / Corporate relationships
- Existing B2B networks and market connections

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire and onboard new B2B partners
- Develop strong relationships with APs, sub-brokers and business associates
- Generate brokerage and recurring revenue
- Increase partner activation and trading volumes
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network
- Conduct partner meetings, presentations and business discussions
- Drive Equity, F&O;, MTF and other financial products




- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets
- Maintain long-term, high-value partner relationships

THE CANDIDATE WE WANT
- 2–5+ years of relevant B2B experience in stock broking / BFSI
- Strong network among APs, sub-brokers or financial partners
- Proven track record in business acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong market knowledge
- Target-driven and highly self-motivated
- Ability to independently develop and manage B2B business
