We're hiring an Azure Cloud Support Specialist to support and maintain scalable, secure Azure Cloud architectures for Java enterprise applications at a rapid-growing bank. You'll provide technical leadership to Agile teams, drive cloud automation, and ensure strong production support, monitoring, and DR practices.

Experience: 7+ years in Cloud Support/Production Support, with hands-on Azure experience

Location: Chennai (Hybrid - 3-days WFO)

Notice Period: Short-Joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities





- Support and implement highly available Azure Cloud architectures for Java enterprise apps / other applications
- Build and maintain IaC/Pipelines as Code (PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Ansible)
- Enforce Imperva WAF policies and secure authentication/access flows
- Set up monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and diagnostics
- Maintain cloud documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
- Support CI/CD operations and collaborate closely with dev/DevOps teams
- Mentor junior engineers; provide on-call/weekend support as needed
