Role Description The AWS FinOps Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The analyst will monitor and optimize AWS cloud costs, analyze usage patterns, and provide actionable insights to improve financial efficiency of cloud resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing cost reports and dashboards, collaborating with engineering and finance teams to create budgets and forecasts, and implementing cost allocation and chargeback models.

The role also involves recommending architecture and purchasing strategies (such as Reserved Instances and Savings Plans), ensuring adherence to governance and tagging standards,



and supporting stakeholders with clear, data-driven guidance on AWS spending.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply financial concepts to cloud cost optimization.
- Experience in Financial Planning and budgeting, including cloud cost forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Ability to work with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, translating technical usage data into explicit financial insights.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data visualization for cost and usage analysis.
- Hands-on experience with AWS billing, cost management tools (e.g., Cost Explorer, Billing Console), and cloud financial operations (FinOps) practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in AWS or FinOps are an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
