Important: DevOps experience is not required. The role primarily requires strong AWS, Lambda, API, and integration experience along with lead-level capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced AWS Lead with 8–10 years of experience to work on cloud solutions, lead technical initiatives, and guide team members.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, EC2, S3, and Elastic Beanstalk.
- Experience with build and deployment automation and CI/CD platforms such as VSTS, Jenkins, Bamboo, or TeamCity.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of High Availability (HA) design and implementation across AWS services.
- Understanding of databases including RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, and Aurora.
- Knowledge of AWS networking including VPC, Security Groups, NACL, Route 53, Load Balancing, and Availability Zones.
- Understanding of AWS security practices including KMS, Secrets Manager, encryption, and IAM Roles.
- Experience designing scalable, reusable, and high-volume enterprise cloud solutions.




- General knowledge of traditional networks, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to front-end technical discussions and guide junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent enterprise IT experience.

Responsibilities

- Drive innovation through evaluation, design, and implementation of new technologies.
- Work with software architects and developers to design and implement cloud solutions.
- Configure and deploy AWS cloud services using IaC approaches.
- Configure build and release pipelines.
- Perform application monitoring and support activities.
- Respond to service requests and production issues.
- Guide junior team members on project delivery and technical initiatives.
- Follow Agile best practices, processes, and tools.
- Ensure cloud solutions comply with internal security and compliance controls.
- Participate in on-call rotations during normal hours within the assigned time zone.

Certifications

Preferred: AWS Associate-level certification Nice to Have: AWS Skilled-level certification and working experience with Azure.
