AWS Billing & Operations Trainee/Associate (For Support Team (0-1 year))

- Monitor AWS costs and billing-related issues.

- Manage AWS accounts, Payer, and Member accounts.

- Handle account creation, closure, linking, and delinking.

- Manage Billing Conductor, Cost Explorer, CUR, and budgets.

- Monitor Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, and discounts.

- Raise and follow up on AWS Support tickets.

- Handle AWS service quota increase requests.

- Manage IAM, SSO, MFA, and basic account security.

- Prepare billing and usage reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams for AWS-related requirements.

- Maintain AWS account trackers and documentation.

- Resolve AWS billing and operational issues on time.

- Manage daily AWS billing and operation activities.
