Accountabilities / Responsibilities :

Cross-Tower Technical Leadership:

- Act as the senior technical authority across all Cloud Infrastructure Operations towers
- Provide support for complex, high-severity incidents and problem management




- Identify systemic risks and drive remediation Automation Engineering Excellence: Lead delivery of automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve reliability

- Promote infrastructure as code, scripting, and engineering best practices
- Embed automation into BAU operations such as patching and remediation Platform Operational Improvement:

- Drive service resilience improvements and reduce MTTR
- Define and evolve operational standards and runbooks Incident Support Troubleshooting:

- Lead diagnostics for complex cross-platform issues across Windows and Linux
- Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes Collaboration Influence:

- Act as a technical escalation point across teams
- Influence technical direction through expertise and credibility
