Crescendo Global is hiring for a strategic HR leadership role focused on building a future-ready people function through HR strategy, workforce planning, digital HR, AI adoption, talent strategy and employee experience. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and drive high-impact HR transformation initiatives within a growing GCC environment.

Your Future Employer : A growing GCC is strengthening its HR function to become more technology-enabled, data-driven and market competitive. This role will play a key part in shaping progressive people practices, workforce strategies and AI-enabled HR solutions.

Responsibilities –

1. Drive HR strategy and workforce planning aligned with business growth and capability priorities.
2. Lead HR transformation, digitalisation, process improvement and HR technology initiatives.
3. Identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases across HR.
4. Develop people analytics, HR dashboards and data-driven workforce insights.
5. Strengthen talent strategy, employer branding, talent pipelines and candidate experience.
6. Drive employee experience, culture, retention and change management initiatives.
7. Partner with senior stakeholders on organisation design, succession planning and future skills.
8. Establish governance, project tracking, risk management and executive-level reporting.

Requirements –

1. 12–15 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR strategy and transformation.
2. Hands-on experience in at least two areas such as HR transformation, HRMS/ATS implementation, people analytics, talent strategy, employer branding, OD or employee experience.
3. Robust understanding of digital HR, HR technology, automation and emerging AI use cases.
4. MBA/PGDM/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology,



Organisational Development or a related discipline.
5. Experience in GCCs, shared services, BFSI, consulting, technology services or multinational environments is preferred.
6. Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
