About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Automotive/Engineering domain and be comfortable handling technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive and Engineering requirements.
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles across the Automotive domain.
- Work on requirements involving: CATIA / CADEmbedded Systems, AUTOSAR, MATLAB / Simulink, Automotive Software & Engineering roles
- Understand job requirements and effectively screen candidates based on technical skill sets.
- Use Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure smooth interview and offer closure.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition , preferably in the Automotive domain .
- Good understanding of Automotive technical skill sets and engineering profiles.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards .
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant profiles.
- Valuable follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
