Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Automobile Recruiter for a leading global automotive organization based in Chinchwad, Pune.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing recruitment and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience. The role requires managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and joining coordination.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, experience expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for automotive, engineering, technical, manufacturing, and related positions.
- Screen candidates based on technical suitability, industry experience, communication skills, compensation, notice period, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, technical panels, and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular candidate communication and ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle offer discussions, compensation coordination, follow-ups, and joining confirmations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to relevant stakeholders.




- Support recruitment drives and volume hiring initiatives whenever required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in automotive/automobile recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with recruitment experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or related technical sectors may also be considered.
- Good understanding of automotive and engineering profiles and terminology.
- Proven experience managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a recruiter who understands the automotive talent market in Pune and surrounding areas and can independently manage technical recruitment requirements.

Candidates with prior hiring experience for automotive OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, automotive R&D;, engineering, or manufacturing organizations will be preferred.

Important: This is a 100% onsite opportunity in the Chinchwad area, Pune. Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
