Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions that ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation frameworks, functional testing, API testing, and continuous integration practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and testing needs.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports.
- Improve test coverage, efficiency, and overall product quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality assurance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 2-3 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:

- Selenium WebDriver

- Cypress

- Playwright

- Appium (for mobile testing)
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and Rest Assured.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
