The Role

We’re looking for an Automation Specialist who can identify repetitive or inefficient processes and turn them into smart, reliable, automated workflows.

You’ll work across internal operations and client projects, collaborating with creative, marketing, and technology teams to build systems that save time, reduce errors, and improve productivity.

What You’ll Do

- Identify opportunities to automate business and marketing operations.
- Design, build, and optimize automation workflows.
- Connect tools, platforms, APIs, and AI solutions to create efficient systems.
- Troubleshoot workflows and solve technical/process issues.
- Create and test workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Analyze processes and translate business requirements into automation solutions.
- Document workflows, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor automation performance and continuously improve systems.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to solve real-world problems.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.




- Ability to understand how an organization operates and identify what can be automated.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and workflow platforms.
- Creative design thinking — you should enjoy finding smarter ways to do things.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks, or basic scripting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of your work.
- Ability to learn new AI and automation tools quickly.
- Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, or creative-agency workflows is a major plus.

A degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field is not mandatory. If you can demonstrate your automation skills through projects, workflows, experiments, or practical experience, we want to hear from you.
