Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Automation Engineer with expertise in

Java, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, API Testing, and Test Automation Framework Development

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions for web, mobile, and API applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.

- Build and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using

Java, Selenium, Appium, and Playwright

.

- Develop robust automation solutions for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Create and maintain test cases, test suites, and test data.

- Perform API testing and automation using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks.

- Identify, locate, and interact with complex web elements using Selenium and Playwright.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

- Analyze test execution results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed defect reports.





- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Continuously improve automation frameworks, coding standards, and testing processes.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and reporting.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in

Java Programming and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

- Hands-on experience with

Selenium WebDriver for web automation.

- Experience with

Playwright for modern web application testing.

- Experience with

Appium for mobile automation (Android/iOS).

- Strong understanding of

Web Elements, Locators, XPath, CSS Selectors, and DOM structure

.

- Experience in

API Testing and Automation using REST APIs.

- Positive knowledge of

Test Automation Framework Design

(Hybrid, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, Page Object Model).

- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Maven, or Gradle.

- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
