Role Description The Autocad Draftsman role at KKSC is a full-time hybrid position based in Noida, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Autocad

Draftsman will prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire, and low-voltage systems under the guidance of project engineers and architects. Daily responsibilities include developing and updating CAD drawings, coordinating with design teams, integrating markups and design changes, and ensuring drawings comply with project standards and relevant codes.



The role involves producing shop drawings, assisting in documentation for tenders and construction, maintaining drawing archives, and supporting multidisciplinary coordination meetings.

Draftsman will also help resolve drawing-related queries from site teams and contribute to quality control of design documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong technical drawing skills, including proficiency in Autocad and the ability to create accurate engineering drawings.
- Experience preparing shop drawings for building services and coordination between multiple disciplines.
- Ability to work with architectural drawings and interpret architectural details for integration of services.
- Understanding of architecture and building systems to support design development and layout optimization.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in MEP or building services consultancy or contracting setting preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple drawing packages and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and site personnel.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards; exposure to BIM or Revit is an added advantage.
