- Strong SQL/dbt skills for data extraction and transformation
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
- Proven experience of designing and delivery of robust automation solutions, using a range of automation tools, API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in working with and building RESTful APIs.
- Demonstrated experience running discovery in unstructured environments, including process decomposition, stakeholder engagement, and rapid identification of automation opportunities.
- "Deliverable-first" mindset, i.e. starting with the end solution in mind, designing what business needs, not limited to mapping and automating existing tech and processes.
- Robust analytic and problem-solving skills,
understanding and experience in application of AI methodologies for data manipulation and insight.
- Proven experience in facilitating process redesign conversations with non-technical stakeholders, confidence working with ambiguous requirements and deadlines.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative coding workflows.
- Sufficient knowledge of data governance practices including data QA, general naming taxonomy, data & platform integration, etc.
- Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI deployment, an understanding of when AI is the right solution versus traditional automation.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and impactfully.
